Science Ambassadors

Children in Year 5 have the opportunity to apply for the position of Science Ambassador for the year. They write a letter of application which is considered carefully before positions are awarded. Once in post, a small team of Science Ambassadors plan events for the whole school. They are involved in delivering assemblies around science themes and plan our annual Science Competition which usually takes place around British Science Week. They also plan a whole school science investigation and present the data from this in assembly.

Here are last year's winning science competition entries along with the winners who celebrated with a special afternoon meeting up with winners from schools across St Helens.
