Learning Journey

This week in Reception we have been making toast like Mrs Large in 'Five Minutes Peace'. The children enjoyed talking about their breakfast at home and discussing their favourite foods. We even wrote some shopping lists ready to buy breakfast items from the shop. After looking at our empty cereal boxes, we had a great time using the junk modelling materials to create houses and an Egyptian mummy!

Adventure time has also started this week. Nursery and Reception joined up for the first time on Thursday and had fun exploring the outdoors. Some of the children found snails and took great care in looking after them.
